Vu le code rural et de la pêche maritime, notamment ses articles L. 361-1 à L. 361-8 organisant la gestion des risques en agriculture et les articles D. 361-1 à D. 361-42, notamment son article D. 361-29 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 17 septembre 2010 déterminant les conditions générales d'indemnisation des calamités agricoles et de prise en charge des frais afférents ;
Vu l'avis émis par le Comité national de gestion des risques en agriculture suite à consultation écrite du 18 janvier 2024,
Arrêtent :
Par dérogation aux conditions générales prévues dans l'annexe « taux d'indemnisation par type de perte » de l'arrêté du 17 septembre 2010 déterminant les conditions générales d'indemnisation des calamités agricoles et de prise en charge des frais afférents, le taux applicable pour les pertes de fonds subies par les agriculteurs de la région des Hauts-de-France suite aux inondations de novembre 2023 est porté à 40 %.
