Par arrêté du ministre des affaires étrangères en date du 11 juillet 2005, l'ouverture d'un concours réservé pour l'accès au corps des officiers de protection des réfugiés et apatrides de l'Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides est autorisée au titre de l'année 2005, en application de l'article 1er de la loi n° 2001-2 du 3 janvier 2001.
Le nombre de postes offerts au titre de l'année 2005 à ce concours réservé est fixé à 6.
L'épreuve écrite d'admissibilité se déroulera en région parisienne à compter du 3 octobre 2005.
Les demandes de participation à ce concours réservé, formulées sur papier libre, devront obligatoirement indiquer l'option choisie par les candidats pour l'épreuve écrite d'admissibilité :
Option n° 1 : rédaction à partir d'un dossier à caractère administratif d'une note permettant de vérifier les qualités d'analyse et de synthèse du candidat ainsi que son aptitude à dégager des solutions appropriées ;
Option n° 2 : rédaction d'une proposition de décision motivée à partir de l'examen d'un dossier relatif à une demande d'accès au statut de réfugié ou de bénéficiaire de la protection subsidiaire ;
Option n° 3 : rédaction, à partir de l'examen d'un dossier relatif à un recours contre une décision de rejet d'une demande d'accès au statut de réfugié ou de bénéficiaire de la protection subsidiaire, d'une proposition de rapport à l'attention de la section de jugement amenée à se prononcer sur le recours contre la décision de refus.
