Entrée en vigueur : ce texte entre en vigueur le lendemain du jour de sa publication.
Notice : le présent arrêté modifie l'arrêté du 27 juin 2012 relatif à la liste des matériels de guerre et matériels assimilés soumis à une autorisation préalable d'exportation et des produits liés à la défense soumis à une autorisation préalable de transfert, pris en application des articles L. 2335-2 et L. 2335-9 du code de la défense.
